It was on the river and the views were beautiful. Breakfast was great Good choices. Key word choice. Only ONE issue. The lighting in the room was totally inadequate! The bathroom especially. Had difficulty doing make up and hair.

The first two rooms smelt like smoke. Then someone smoked by the third room and made it smell like smoke most of the night which really hurt my asthmatic lungs.

I love the beds its comfortable. I had a beautiful view. The hot tub was awesome except for the drunk lady. But not your fault.
Negatives:
Well, normally we get a discount because my mom lives at Riverview Terrace. And they told me they didnt give those discounts so was very expensive for two days. This was Roseburg Oregon.

Location, easy access to freeway, with a beautiful park like setting along the river banks. clean, well stocked, good breakfast and friendly staff.
