Location, and Laurel who was working the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Dirty room: Nail clippings on the floor and some candy wrappers. Stained bed sheets. Very old, outdated facilities and the staff or lack thereof seems overworked and tired..

You walk in and its hot as soon as you walk in theres no ac, theres only ac in the rooms

The rooms are small. The tv remote didnt work. Beds are kinda hard.

Negatives:
The breakfast experience was poor. Small, congested dining area. Missing (run out) food and beverages. The highlite was lady with rather big dog plowing through people waiting for their chance to grab whatever they could eat.
As for the in door pool - liked their operating hours (open till midnight). Did not like the not so clean water in the pool (avoided that and used only the whirlpool).

The management of this hotel should get their act together.
Positives:
Bed was comfortable, room was clean. An older property and a little outdated, but it was fine. Location was good.
Negatives:
No elevator, so if you get a room on the second floor, you will have to lug your stuff up and down the stairs. We didn't stay for breakfast, as it didn't look too appealing, only 3 or 4 tables to sit at, and it was more continental. It may have been fine but not what we were used to.
