The location was good, convenient off the freeway and close to a store and gas station. The breakfast was underwhelming. Would have appreciated an option with less gluten more protein.

I did not see clearly stated that this was a pet hotel. There were so many dogs there while I stayed. I would have never booked if I knew that. I was kept awake from another room’s loud tv and dogs whining most of the night

Ok, but would not stay...
Positives:
Appreciated the coffee, and having breakfast available, but would have liked milk for the oatmeal.
Negatives:
Being able to enter and exit from side entrances. I understand the why you don't allow this currently.
The smell of pot out back and occasionally in my room when smokers were outside partaking was a bit off putting.

Upon arrival the toilet had a ring like it had not been flushed in weeks. I spent 3 weeks there for work. My room was randomly cleaned, I understand that extended stay gets cleaned like every 3 days, but this was not even close. One day they took all my towels and left me with none. The toilet was finally cleaned on the very last cleaning. Breakfast was bagel, 2 fruit options, oatmeal and yogurt. Not a very sufficient breakfast. The staff all looked as though they could greatly benefit from a shower to include using some shampoo. Majority of the staff were very rude and unhelpful. The day I had to go ask for towels the guy working could not understand why I needed towels. I explained twice that I had none because housekeeping did not replace them. He plainly asked me "What do you want me to do about it?", kind of thought it was a clear understanding when I said they didn't replace my towels can I get one please so I can shower. They lobby was always dirty as were the hallways. The walls are paper thin! I was working 16 hour shifts with a 30m drive each way. I did not need to hear everything that was happening beside me and above me. And I do mean I heard everything!!! The bathroom mirror had some creepy message on it that would show up when the mirror was steamed up. Bed sheets were never changed during the 3 weeks.
