Negatives: This is not a 3 star hotel. Room is in disrepair. Surprised that double tree has their name on it. Many things need to be fixed. Pool was broken. After months of being closed you would think some of this would have been addressed.

Positives: The staff was nice.
Negatives: Homeless encampment surrounding it,Crime problem requiring the guests to pay extra parking security fees not advertised. Elevator not working at morning checkout, had to walk 3 flights with suitcases, Pool area not open, No food available on site.

Positives: The Hotel Clerk went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable staying at the hotel.
Negatives: Sadly there was a homeless tent city under the bridge right next to the hotel. The Hotel Clerk assured us that it was safe and we kept our reservation on an upper floor. It was a little anxiety producing given the 2020 Civil Unrest and COVID.

Negatives: My daughter found a slice of pizza next to the sofa. That same sofa had tomato stains in multiple places. The bathroom smelled like urine. Breakfast was in a brown bag for $6.
