The hotel was great. Parking lot was clean. Lobby was easy to navigate. Room was beautiful, cold, but gorgeous.

I came down early in the morning. Went to my car to smoke a cigarette. Came back and started to get breakfast when a lady came up behind me and rudely said excuse me sir and asked if I was really even a guest there I was extremely offended.

The lobby was under construction(without notice), and the elevator ride to my room felt like I was being moved in warehouse.
When I tried to open the curtains in my room(208), they didn't open well, and the windows were so dirty that I couldn't look out. This is my first impression. I made a reservation for 2 days, but I didn't like it so much that I called Booking.com and decided to stay for one day, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise of cars on the freeway all night long. This is truly my first time experiencing something like this in my life.

Hotel was completely run down. I was so excited to book a Hilton hotel for my families get away an when we arrived a it looked like a run down Motel 6. Our bathroom tile was broken, holes in the ceiling. the only good thing about it was there staff.
