Frist room had bed bugs 2nd room flooded and the 3 room was up stairs and it was good but the carpet was super dirty

The prople that worked there were nice very nice but they wouldnt give me back mu money for bed bugs flooded room and the outside was full of homeless and trash my dog got super sick from goingvout c side dude ti all the trash

The entire place smelled strongly of Marijuana even though it was supposed to be smoke free.
The group of people in the rooms around us were having a party very loudly with so much music until finally at 1 am we had to bang on the door.

Cost was good and close...
Positives:
The room was clean and it was a decent sized room so it was comfortable in that way. Also, our room was in a good location so it was quiet.
Negatives:
The shower leaked. The breakfast was in a small room that ended up being very crowded. The breakfast choices were also very minimal which created a long line for the one item that everyone was interested in which was the waffles. And they're not being an elevator available. Made us getting to our room. Somewhat difficult as my mother is elderly and stairs are difficult for her. They were unable to put us into a lower room as the one that would have worked for us was out of commission due to needing repairs.
