Positives:
Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly and always willing to help/accomodate you. Perfect location close enough to my mom to where we could easily help her take care everything after my dad's passing (he died 1/10 which is why we stayed at a motel). Needless to say it was a hard time for everyone. We got snowed in for a week, but it was super comfy here. No complaints! Love this place. Thank you so much!!!!

I don’t know I didn’t get to stay there because they didn’t have a pet room available but I still got charged 175.00 dollars for nothing. Not happy at all.

I didn’t like that I paid 175.00 dollars through booking.com and didn’t get to stay there. So I wasted 175.00 on nothing. I will never tell people to use booking.com ever again

Both business and pleasure , needed some repairs on counter top in bathroom .. but as a whole it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you .
