I had stayed at this property in the past. I was familiar with it and the location.

I was extremely disappointed the hot tub was recently closed permanently. I had also selected this property because it offered free breakfast, but the kitchen was down for an unknown amount of time and no breakfast was available.

The pictures and descriptions say that the spa,steam room, and hot tub were functional, and they were not. I heard other customers complaining about room smelling, but ours was fine. Coffee maker in the room are also not functional.

I stayed for four days and not one time did housekeeping come to my room to offer me any supplies or to clean my room? Very disappointed in this.
