Positives: Property was a great location, walking distance to beach. Room was clean, beds were cozy, and the river views were superb. Loved sleeping with the window open to enjoy the ocean breezes. Also was able to walk to bagel place down the street for breakfast - yummy!
Negatives: No elevators.

Positives: The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE & the HUGE 2 person jacuzzi tub was amazing! The manager Carmen was wonderful & super helpful!! The property was peaceful & quiet our entire stay. We will definitely be back!
Negatives: The location wasn’t as close to the beach as I hoped. They only provide 2 towels in the room and housekeeping absolutely WILL NOT provide an extra towel, so I had make the trip around the block and feel like I was bothering the office asking for towels each day because housekeeping would come in & take the used ones. Also the room did not have a “Do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The outsourced company that answers the OYO calls were horrendous to deal with & very rude!!! The guy was so hard to talk to that I booked 3rd party & not direct because I couldn’t handle his rudeness any longer.

Positives: the room was ok. bed/matress had seen better days
Negatives: the stay was fair, trying to speak with the house keepers,,,,,,no english...... and two out of three of the front desk clerks should not be in Custumer service. They did not wear name tags so I must decribe then..... older, haggered died red hair..... and middle age spanish woman..........should not be able to deal with the public.....rude, judgemental and certainaly not customer friendly
