Perfect
Positives:
It was a good value for the price. Welcoming front desk and clean room. I prefer not to be on the first floor. Our room was changed easily with no fuss. Thank you for a nice experience. Oh, and the roadwork was rather interesting to my husband. It didn't create a problem.

Positives:
We stayed by the separate river part of the property. The location was terrific to the central district of Seaside. Although we were there only for 1 night and did not get over to the beach, it was also very close to that area, too. Parking was ample. The room was super clean, and the balcony was great to sit out in and decompress after a long drive. The larger room refrigerator and freezer was great to store all of our travel foods.
Negatives:
Not the properties fault but roadwork that created a gravel section right next to the bridge over the river and right next to the hotel was noisy at night until 12 mid-night with several cars and trucks deciding not to obey the sped zone on the area. I would assume that problem will disappear after that road work is completed.
