Negatives: One of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the continental breakfast and all that was available was cold cereal which was extremely disappointing. There was also construction going on and you could smell the mold in our room. We didnÂ't use the show

Positives: Its close to everything.
Negatives: Staff sucked, forgot to enter us in the system and had the same guy who checked us in walk into our room later saying it was a maintenance room. No dead bolt on door, no screen in window, nails sticking through carpet. Charged more than said.....

Positives: Nice staff friendly and helpful.
Negatives: I booked 2 rooms. 1 was clean & no issues; other 1 was not clean at all, comforter, light switch, towels, handles and floor. The other issue was the hot tub that had brown slime all along the top tiles. Manager was apologetic and appalled.

Positives: The only nice thing about the place was the staff. I think they know they manage a run down hotel and can't help it. They are trying to make the best of an old hotel falling apart. The room I reserved was not available. Overbooked.
Negatives: Overbooked. I was moved to a room without any power. The room literally did not have lights or power. Electrician was supposed to be there soon. I chose to wait for half an hour then asked for a refund. I did not stay there and will not in the future.

Negatives: They had hazardous construction while we stayed, gave us the wrong room to begin with then gave us a key to someone else's room then finally found ours. No breakfast in the morning like stated and a lot of drug activities on the property.

Negatives: They overcharged me. I had already paid for my room and when I checked in.. They charged my account again. They haven't even refunded me as of yet. Awful. So much for an enjoyable weekend when the money you have to spend gets robbed from you by the motel.

Positives: The room was comfortably arranged. The desk/table was partitioned from the TV. The Staff were very helpful and friendly, when needed, but allowed us privacy the rest of the time.
Negatives: The room that we were given initially, was a nice room but had an odor. The Front Desk Staff immediately gave us a different room, and apologized.

Positives: The customer service was the only good part about this stay. They were short staffed so I wasnÂ't able to check in until after 7pm when I said 4pm. The one man working the front was the only good thing about the experience.
Negatives: The check in process took way too long, there was lots of ants in the room, the bathtub was visibly very dirty. And you could hear every noise from the room above us which kept me up all night and morning.
