Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast clean up was very loud, with very loud music in the breakfast area. I was meeting with a real estate agent and had to move to the business center in order to hear.

Cleaning every other day, the pull out couch was terrible and uncomfortable like sleeping on a pallet, pillows were flat, elevator was broken 3 of 4 days we were there and we were on the third floor, breakfast was boring with lack of selection and powdered eggs and week old, stale biscuits, the walls were paper thin and could hear all others bathroom time in next door rooms, and the location was on a busy street with constant traffic day and night. As well, upon checking out, we were greeted with Sherwood tax, Washington county tax and Oregon state tax for each night…around $20 a night. This place is horrible. If I could get my money back, I would but since I can’t I would advise nobody stay at this hotel.

That was charged twice for the same room.this used up all the money that I had. I was on vacation visiting my son. Which I hadn't seen for 2 years right before I had brain surgery. My debit card was declined when we all went to dinner it was $250, and it was declined how unconvinent, especially when you are trying to have fun but you're too busy trying to find out the problem and they are closing and you're on the phone with your bank and the bank app on your phone it was a nightmare no thank you

The price seemed very high for the room we had.. was disappointed in how small and dark our room was. We took our dog to the dog area and someone must have dropped there weed or edible and it was a stressful stay after that when our dog got very sick .. called the vet and was walked through what to do because we could not afford a vet visit! We came here to stay to see family and spent more than we would have liked on that room... but family is worth it ... but the dog situation put a damper on our visits to family! Then we left a jacket and they can't seem to find it and never called us back. So truly not happy and it put a huge stress and big bummer on our trip.

The property itself was fine.. would have loved a hot tub though not just a pool

The maid staff manager snapped at me when I opened the door from a deep sleep and my button up shirt came up missing And the front desk day time lady made it sound like she was sure if never get it back. Otherwise nighttime staff was great and lovely
