Positives: Clean hotel, convenient location for shopping, visiting family, etc.
Negatives: This is a high-crime area. Many homeless, drug users, and mentally impaired folks hanging around visibly. Our car was stolen from the hotel parking lot overnight.

Positives: The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I mean as far as location it is close to food and everything else. The room is always clean when I go there. But it is always the staff. Super friendly. Approachable. Welcoming. Efficient. All around great.

Positives: I appreciated the great effort to provide a real breakfast - not a paper sack and/or pared down version - for guests. It worked out perfectly and they breakfast staff was very accommodating. It was helpful to have toiletries on hand too.
Negatives: I sleep pretty well, but would say that the machine(s) outside - I was in a room that faced the back parking lot - was a bit loud. Another minor thing is that the window shade in the room was a bit off-track and not smooth in adjusting.
