Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke so badly I had to change rooms. Room phone didn’t work.. had to unplug and wiggle cord to make it work. Sketchy people wandering around.

The property was busy, many people staying at the motel, some traveling, some getting housed after the big storm, some people looking for permanent housing, and staying in the interim, new to the area.
Negatives:
Noise some times. People hanging out, but maybe not staying there.
