I would rate it minimal....

It's a decent location if you want highway access outside of Salem.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a joke. Bulk raisin bran or frosted flakes, plain mini bagels, coffee, and very sad-looking apples. If you're going to offer something, do it well or just don't do it. Stating you provide a continental breakfast sets an expectation of at least quality if not quantity and variety. This was pathetic.
The pool, hot tub, and gym were closed, but not listed as such during the booking. Still charged full price.
The towels are white and stained. Either bleach them or retire them!
The caulk in the shower was missing in many spots - it looked run-down and unmaintained.
Cable TV consists of 4 broadcast channels and a ton of home shopping channels.
I will be traveling this section regularly in the future, but Bridgeway Inn will not be seeing my business until new ownership and pride in their business is evident. It's worth the extra drive to Salem, or the extra cost of an Air B&B.

Location is great for me. Staff is pleasant, room was clean and comfortable.

it had nothing to do with the facility itself , but both nights could not sleep due to noisy neighbors. First night above me, the second night next door , loud cursing and fighting.

Breakfast was very basic. Room was only marginally clean. Trash behind headboard. Hair on bathroom floor. Bathroom grout very discolored. Carpet worn and matted. Also, a very strong room freshener or cleaning supplies odor.

No pool (I’m glad my 7yo didn’t end up coming along because we were told it has been closed for months)so maybe don’t advertise amenities you don’t plan on fixing,ice machine didn’t work and that’s pretty important when you have 3 basketball teams staying,all towels were stained with cheesy substances/paint,my bed had boogers on it,my roomies bed had a few blood stains,showers ran brown water in some rooms,breakfast was as expected but strangers should NOT have to share a tub of cream cheese cuz that’s not sanitary,neighbors barking dogs the first morning.
