Everything was good, except the pool and hot tub were not operational. Cold water. Broken heater.
Given that the pool and hot tub were the main reason that I booked, at a higher rate, than neighboring hotels, at lower rates, I felt overcharged.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub heaters were broken. Cold water. Not usable. Very disappointing. I paid extra for these amenities, that were advertised, and NOT available. VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHOULD GET A REFUND.

The breakfast was next level - cooked on demand. You can tell the property owners take pride in this place. it was spotless - we saw a maintenance guy picking up leaf litter in the parking lot! There are numerous small touches too like the way the towels are arranged extra small toiletries in the rooms, etc. The location is right off the freeway and the town of Sutherlin has a smattering of restaurants. We stayed here as a halfway point bringing our son to college and it was very comfortable,

The bathroom wasnt the cleanest. I went to take a bath but decided not to when I saw hair still remaining inside from previous guest. The non slip mat on the bottom of the tub was torn with what looked to be dirt or mold in it. Dead bugs on ceiling also.
