Spendy. Over $200 per room but in a small community so I feel like we’re being taken advantage of. Put us in a handicapped room but didn’t fully explain the features so we couldn’t get the privacy curtains down. Toilet seat was broken.

The hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, staff friendly even though the hotel was completely full. The breakfast offered many choices and extremely clean.
Close location to restaurants, gas stations and small shopping center. Not necessary to travel to the city center which is very crowded and impossible to find parking. Well done Holiday Inn Express.

Sheets were dirty, room key didn't work the second day and once we entered our room we realized housekeeping came in and threw away our food containers for our trip. When I brought this up to the front desk they were less than helpful or remorseful. Pretty disappointing for a well known hotel chain.

Everything over all was great, the breakfast was good. The only things that were not excellent were the cleanliness of the room we stayed in and the elevator was very slow which was a surprise since it’s a new building. Our room you could tell that the shower was not cleaned and there was empty bottles of liquor in the shelves under the sink.

We had really rude young neighbors which were not the fault of the Holiday Inn. But due to having a room with a shared internal door it made our night much noisier. They woke us up gaming at 5 am. They were very rude when we finally knocked on their door and asked them to quiet down.
