Exceptional
Positives:
It was clean and everything worked, there was hot water, towels and even a mini fridge and microwave oven
Negatives:
Had a difficult time finding the room, then found it behind the elevator. It looked smaller than all the other rooms. All night I heard the elevator doors chime when it arrived and people talking while waiting for the elevator.

Superb
Positives:
Location
Negatives:
Very noisy the first night.
Positives:
Hotel was laid out well
Negatives:
Didn't get the room I reserved. Pool was closed even though I was told it was open. Breakfast buffet was 13 per person but it was what most hotels give free.
Positives:
Staff offered warm cookies.
Negatives:
The rooms were a bit small. It was 15 degrees and the heaters did not work. Had to keep our room warm by cutting on the shower. They also have our reservation to someone else which caused a problem then charges us extra after we'd already paid.
Positives:
Very comfortable and quiet.
Negatives:
Hotel said there was breakfast in the morning but when we went down, it wasnt free, you had to pay.
Positives:
Staff very friendly and helpful and we loved that we could have our dogs there.

Negatives:
Location, totally worn out amenities and furniture
Positives:
Location was great. free water in lobby. That sums up the good,
Negatives:
worn out furniture. super slow "free" wifi. View from room was rooftop of the pool. charged for parking. free breakfast cost $11 daily. Poor shower pressure. Toilet didn't flush right. extra deposit to pay for incidentals (in-room coffee and water bottles
Positives:
I like how clean it was, and I liked how quiet it was when I put Do Not Disturb on on my door that's exactly what I got. Also the staff was very nice and when it was check out time I was running a little bit behind, they were super nice and worked with me
Negatives:
Yes I'm a little upset that they charged me $10 to park in their parking lot when I told them I wasn't parking in their parking lot. I feel that if you're renting a room from them you should be able to park in their parking lot for free.
Positives:
Everything. The young lady at the front desk super helpful 10 stars to her. The breakfast was wonderful. My whole experience was great Ill be back soon.
Negatives:
No.
Positives:
Great location! Close to food, shopping and freeway entrance.
Negatives:
This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Very dated rooms. The couch in the room had the leather peeling off. Wifi never connected. Hotel staff cleaning rooms in the 2 mornings we were there-would knock and open every door (just to ask if the guest was still there
