The breakfast helper Alex would put his gloved fingers on our plates we were eating and then ask if he could take it away. Um, no, and don't touch my plate unless I tell you too first! Gross. He did it over and over again.... The pool is too small for how big the hotel is. There were way too many people in there at the same time...

The breakfast was very good. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The location is right next to the mall and some other shopping so good location.
Negatives:
The hotel needs a complete renovation. It's old and dingy in need of work. The front desk staff was not very friendly but the breakfast staff were very nice.

Positives:
Separate sitting area & bedroom. Always love Hilton pillows & Zero toiletries. Room service was good. Pool looked fun. The inside courtyard design is nice. Later check out time was awesome.
Negatives:
There was a noticeable gap under the door. Although curtained & frosted, front window isn’t appreciated. Tub fixtures need upgrade as dialing in water temp was very tedious. Room service to include breakfast would be nice. Plenty of parking so not sure why $10 to park in open lot.

Walkable to shopping and restaurants and the convenience for NWM can’t be beat.
Negatives:
The attention to detail was lacking. I was confirmed for a king suite and received a double queen that couldn’t be changed. The room rate of over $300 per night felt like it should have included a few perks like more than one small towel and ONE in room cup of coffee per guest. Just give us a little bit more coffee…. Goes a long way to keeping people happy. A few other issues like an early 10 AM check out, elevators out of service and not overly helpful or friendly front desk staff made the stay less than perfect.
