We asked where to park. We were told since we were staying only one night, they prefered us to park in the front. Where? There was no parking.
Booked a non smoking 2 queen bed room. Got a King bed room that smelled like smoke. She wasn't really thrilled to switch us (she said they were full, even overbooked) even though I have alergies, but we ended up in a better smelling 2 queen bed handicapped accessible room. Hassel to have to change rooms!
Breakfast was out of waffle mix by 7:50. What were those of us supposed to do who didn't get there in time? Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 to 9:30. When I asked if there was more mix, she looked at me and said "I think, No."

Too expensive for what it delivered. Don't like getting woken up early in the morning by motorcycles. This is a place for riff raff, priced for normal people. The people staying there looked like homeless and illegal immigrant families. This is a low class place, not middle class. Prices were just too much, $100 a night for this place is too much. Not nice at all. Why is this place priced like this? Might as well stay on 82nd

The people in the room next door were loud and talking late and then got up at 4am and started loud talking again.

The beds were so firm it felt like i was sleeping on a carpeted floor. The continental breakfast was not great. No meats or eggs. The juice machine they have was like 30% juice and 60% water.

There was feces on the elevator and the toilet bowl lid was completely off the hinges. The room itself looked okay but there was a weird stench coming from the whole floor. Management was nowhere to be seen when I had these complaints.
