They have very poor staff communication, I fall outside entrance because of ice on the floor , seem the area was not clear nor signs or lights were in the area . I heard my self really bad with the fall .

Quiet location and room. Easy parking and access. Clean and tidy. Bed was firm. No screaming kids in the halls.
Negatives:
Breakfast was OK. We got there about :40 min before it was to be over, and there wasn't much left to eat. No real protein options and the milk was gone and not replenished. Not much food available, and as we were finishing, a bunch more people came in, but there was little food. It seemed that no one was attending to it. Waited almost :15 minutes at the front counter to check out as there was no one attending.
