Negatives: Hard to find on dark stormy night. Out of town at end of side road. Breakfast was below par for this chain. Parking lot had lots of big trucks.

Negatives: For English guest maybe a kettle

Negatives: The young man who checked us in didn't even speak to us until I said hello to him twice. He frowned during the whole visit and assigned us a room on the second floor. I asked if they had an elevator and he said no. I then asked if he had a room open on the first floor and a friend more and said I doubt it because the construction people usually have the first floor booked. I asked him if he would please check and so he did. I then asked him why he was so rude. Does he hate his job or just hate people in general? I told him a little kindness would go a long way and he did not reply. He has a terrible attitude to be in the position he is in and I think he needs more training.

Negatives: The room had slider doors but the lock was broken and not secured- the night clerk was not knowledgeable about the hotel. He wasnt very helpful or greet customers with a pleasant face.

Negatives: Access to the room from the lobby was a bit of a maze. The wildfire that nearly had us evacuated.

Negatives: The bathroom of my room had not been cleaned: toilet paper in the toilet, dirty counter, no towels. I had to go to the desk and request a new room. The new room had been cleaned, but there was mold growth around the tub. The attached restaurant/bar was unstaffed. I had to drive into town for dinner. I would never stay here again.

Negatives: It was old and somewhat outdated. All the hallway carpets were very stained and dirty. There seemed to be a leak coming from one of the rooms going into the hallway.
