Positives:
We love staying at the Mt. Hood Resort after a day of playing on the mountain. They are working through the storm damage and everyone was very helpful and accommodating despite being short staffed. We appreciated being able to sit in the hot tub after wet snowy days.
Negatives:
We missed the accessibility of the on site restaurant but were glad to have Mallard's at least for breakfast.

Great room. Warm pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the lobby was damaged from recent ice storm so one restaurant was closed. Great location from Timberline so we could conveniently get up to ski bright and early.

Great location and lots of amenities but they were all not available due to damage from the ice storm.

We didn't get the rooms we booked. We were supposed to get a King and ended up with two queens. They said it was due to availability. I booked these rooms as a Christmas gift back in November so that doesn't fly. One side of the mattress my husband and I slept on in our room was broken down. Felt like I was falling off the bed all night. Had to go to the office to get coffee cups and the comforter that the house keeping staff forgot to put on the room. The main entrance/lobby, the onsite restaurant, the spa, the workout gym and several areas of the resort were closed due to storm damage but they didn't bother to contact us to let us know and offered no discount on the rooms. One heater of their year-round outdoor pool was not working so the pool was too cold for the kids to use at night and the hottub was jamb packed full of people. Sunday night we were going to go to their offsite restaurant over by their golf course at 6:30pm. Called to make sure they were open and, no, they were closed. Ughh!!! Frustrating to say the least!
