I booked the room online and it asked when I would be checking in I was driving into white city because my mother was having surgery! I put check in time for between 5:30am & 6:30am it never said there was any extra charge when I get there I was charged an additional fee for early check in! I was very upset about that! Than they tell me that they didn’t even have the room i booked available! So I had to stay in a different room until after 3pm I switched rooms than a few hours later I’m all in packed and exhausted from a long day at the Hospital & The Tv didn’t work! The WiFi was horrible and right when we were all in packed we had to move to another room again!!!
