I wasn't given a proper keycard until 10pm, they told me to keep my door cracked open instead. The bathroom shower drain doesn't work and water runs all along the floor and soaked many if my things, staff didn't seem to care that it ruined my Stay.

I am Absolutly positive, when I say Trina from your restaurant is the reason I choose to stay with you. Her positive attitude is infectious, the food is always of great quality. Everything is always clean. When I leave, I feel as if I am leaving home.
Negatives:
When I choose to stay overnight some place, I want to feel like I am comfortable and rested. The way I feel after my stay is like I've been at a resort and spa. So what I didn't like was that I didn't get a massage.

Very clean room with the most comfortable hotel beds
Negatives:
The flushing mechanism of our toilet was broken and ran water constantly to try to fill back tank. Had to take the lid off of the toilet tank and set in place every time you flushed. Mini fridge was too cold and froze everything solid.

The rooms had an extremely bad odor once you walked in . It smelled like mold and mildew and the carpet was so dirty I had white socks that turned black on the bottom extremely horrible. I was under the assumption that the breakfast was included but there was no breakfast

I would rather stay at motel 6 because the cost is less than half for the same quality unacceptable
Positives:
The indoor swimming pool and anytime access to the laundry room area was wonderful! The hotel staff and restaurant had excellent customer service! I plan on staying there again! We enjoyed the hot chocolate too!
Negatives:
It would be nice to have the dirty towels replaced so you dont have to keep requesting to get more sets of towels after so many days. The towels dont have taken when they were hanging on the towel rack or folded nicely. We were fine.
