When we arrived the room still had items in it left by the last people staying in the room. There was small amounts of dirt in the bed under the comforter and no pool towels in the pool area. To top it all off the next morning we found ants in the room. We checked into the room and left to see some friends and didn’t arrive back until late so we slept in our own blankets on top of the bed as we have 2 small kids and didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms so late at night. After reporting all of the problems to the front desk we were only comped $30. We will not be staying there again.

Front desk clerk wouldn't accept Venmo credit card. He was confused, thinking it was a cash card. Guess the 16 digit account number, expiration date, verification code and bank name on the back didn't clear up his confusion. Guess the $20K credit limit didn't matter either. Clerk became agitated and cancelled reservation. Stayed down the street. 2nd time at this location. There won't be a 3rd.

IT WAS OK HAVING THE STANDARD FARE ITEMS. WOULD HAVE LIKE MORE VARIETY OF EITHER A MUFFIN OR MAYBE SWEETROLL OR DANISH AS I USUALLY HAVE THAT WITH MY COFFEE PRIOR TO A BREAKFAST AND MAYBE A FRUIT OFFERING OTHER THEN ORANGE AND APPLE . MAYBE A COUPLE BANANAS OR FRUIT CUPS IN THE REFRIGERATOR. THE REST WAS FINE.
