This facility was the worst experience I had. First, me and my family were threaten by a person in one of those rooms. Second, the person has been living there for months. It appears that this facility is used for displaced families (Shelter) and the people are very unprofessional and not ideal for a family setting.
Third, the staff were clueless and they were afraid of talking to the others people which make me and my family very unsafe, therefore we left the hotel by 7:23 PM On Saturday. Lastly, the front desk rep was not able to give me a receipt or check me out, which was another issues.

The breakfast was nice. Clean lobby area. Friendly staff. Close to Dorney Park and could walk to Dunkin and a restaurant.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub were disgusting. We couldn't even use them. They appeared to have some sort of scum on top. The pool didn't appear to be functioning at all. No filtration was going. There was a stain on the ceiling in our room. And we were woken several times through the night with loud banging on doors from the swat team. Not a hotel problem, as there was an issue from another guest that required a bunch of police presence. But it was annoying.

I paid for a king size room but the bed was two twin mattresses on a frame. Every time I sat at the edge the bed would rise up in the middle. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet in the room was not attached to the floor. Overall I didn't like my stay. I checked out at 4:00 in the morning. I didn't even want to wait until checkout
