Positives: Staff very friendly. Convenient location. Affordable rate. Room was clean. Bathroom was modern, and I was able to take a hot shower with plenty of water pressure. None of the "issues" you might expect with a value rate place.
Negatives: The room is quite small, and the bed was just ok. Management had a lot of signage up to remind people of the rules (I think this is more a reflection of people not paying attention than the hotel).
