Staff knocking at the door and walking in unexpectedly got very uncomfortable when we were only tjere and hour myself and the girlfriend felt so uncomfortable we left the facility in an hour when I asked staff why they walked in employee stated he was checking for empty rooms how can you not know what room was empty when I booked it an hour prior to him walking in on us thank you requesting a full refund d plus the $25 extra charge that he charged me i have never felt so used any questions feel free to reach me on this issue thank you

Staff when paying and exiting! Seemed to me that woman at desk was stealing money. I paid cash then told I still owed money! Won’t give me a receipt when I paid had to argue to get my money back. Employee had to go to her room to get me my cash. Handed me cash, when I counted it in front of her it wasn’t even correct. I counted it for her she grabbed the money back started to count it became frazzled and handed it all back to me. I then recounted the correct amount. I really think she’d thought she get away with it.

We did not stay at your hotel. We went to room and it had roaches! We immediately went downstairs and demanded a refund. We did not get our refund yet . It is now Tuesday the 19th. I will be disputing charges tomorrow. Still pending til today.

It was great checking in and the room and amenities were good but we left before check out the next morning. We were in an incident that required we have police involved just a few miles away from motel and we were unable to leave and return to the suite until the police finished handling the situation for us, so as I return to suites the clerk informed me the room was untouched and I we then welcomed to go into the room and retrieve my belongings. The clerk stated that no one has entered the room this far as she was unsure if I wanted to book another night so no one had entered the room. When I entered the room the chairs cushion was tied out of the seat. The sheets were pulled off the corner of the bedding. The trash bag was out of the trash can itself, and $120 was taken. One $100 bill and a $20 bill I had left on the dresser/desk (as it is one unit together) that morning was missing and not to be find In the room. So I mentioned it to the desk clerk and she the proceeds too after acting confused to ask me to come with her to enter the room with her. I struggled to the threshold and advised her I would hold the door for her and she could search the room for the money that I had already done so with no luck. She then tells me she knows who it was and she'd be right back and she quickly left the room, to not return after 15 min so I went down stairs to the front desk and I left the room key in the front desk and I left the property. I want sure where she went or any other employees whereabouts or intent which worried me and sort of made me fearful so I left the property and didn't return..
