Trip hazard in room where tile meets carpet. Lots of fruit flies, flies, spiders. Hallways are dirty with black mold on various parts of the vinyl wall covering especially on the seams. Thumb tacks holding wallpaper in place. Hall carpeting is old, dirty, and stinks, no exhaust fans in bathrooms. We changed rooms 3 times. First room had too many bugs, second the toilet did not flush, and the

First room had too many bugs, second the toilet did not flush, and third room the bathtub bottom is worn off causing it to hold water thereby creating a trip hazard. Flies, pesky fruit flies and small black spiders in all three rooms. Because we had to be here for several weeks this was the only area hotel that could offer accommodations.

There was an odor and moisture issue all around(found in multiple locations moisture absorbers) not a single article of bedding or towels didn't ha e some sort of stain on them. While walking outside a needle was found outside that we had to discard it in the normal trash since there wasn't a sharps container.
