I wouldn’t book again
Positives:
Breakfast every morning was great and the lady that checked us in was so friendly. Plus they are pet friendly which was great! The room was very big and roomy. Almost like a small studio apartment. Minus an oven.
Negatives:
The pull-out bed had blood stains on it and there were no extra blankets or sheets for them anyway. When we asked for a new set of sheets they had to wash the ones we had and we had to wait till they were done. Not one cleaning person came to our room with towels or just to check up on us.

I didn't have the necessary things in the kitchen. Such as paper towels, dish towels, sponge, and pots. I did not like the fact that I had to leave the hotel and drive around to the front to get the things I needed. My tub was dirty. Since housekeeping doesn't come until you leave I had to clean the tub myself. Their was hair around the tub. Just not what I expected. I stayed at other sonesta hotels and it wasn't like this.
