The staff was amazing! 2nd and 3rd shift went above and beyond to meet our needs!
Negatives:
Surprisingly it was the guests. Police were there people outside drinking and just throwing the beer cans outside. Seems like a lot of people are living here.

Very clean and quiet, our room was in a perfect location, breakfast was really good with plenty of options, will probably return next time we come up from florida.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was the setting on the refridgerator, nothing you would check but we had seafood in the fridge that froze and was no good, hotel reimbursed us for the cost with no problem so not really a problem

Positives:
The room was great. We werent expecting it to be what it was. I booked it because we were racing in the area. Honestly the only time were there is to sleep and shower. It was nice to not be all crammed into alittle room. I chose this because the hotel that was blocked for racing families was really expensive and for what we were using it for -didnt make sense. After speaking with other race families -we did good because the hotel they all booked was terrible .
Negatives:
Only thing that I can think of is the mattresses were quite hard. Im not a fan of hard , stiff mattresses. A better mattress would have been amazing.

Did not feel welcomed. Staff was crass and unapproachable. Unexpected hidden fees. Reserved a king suite the bed was full size. Not as advertised. Will not stay again!!!!! Very unfortunate :(

It was disgusting. We check the beds and their were blood stains in the first room on the bed. They moved us to another room which had bed bugs! We left immediately and got our money back!
