Very bizarre operation.
Sunday night at 6:00 pm, had a reservation, the hotel had no staff, the lobby was empty, and could not check in...the restaurant was closed. Not a soul in the lobby. Went outside to call the hotel, and got a recording to leave a message. I left and got a room elsewhere.

When I checked in I was told that my Hilton Honors number was in the system. I still have not received any points for our stay. Also, when I checked out my bill total was wrong. It took 3 people and at least 10 minutes to fix it.

Handicap room is the last room. Tried to get another room for my 92 year old Mom not to have to walk that far. No can't move.
Called on neighbors at midnight, then again at 1, 2, and 3, and finally heard a knock on the door.
