Negatives: The cleaning agent was so overwhelming if we could have left we would have. I was traveling with elderly parents 86 yrs old. Mother has Stage 4 COPD and on oxygen 24/7. I have terminal cancer, going through chemotherapy and radiation and sensitive to smells. We were physically exhausted after driving nine hours. We played musical rooms trying to breathe and had to keep the AC on to move the air and freeze until my mom fell asleep. Once we arrived to our final destination the next day, Syracuse, my mother couldn't find her prescriptions they were missing. And her inhaler. She needed her medicine to breathe. We called the hotel and they had mom's medicine. Housekeeping found it. We let them know we would drive back to get her medicine even though they were five hours away. They said we could come anytime for it. When we did go back they handed us Mom's "Pill Case." Just the cheap Walgreens plastic pill case empty with no pills. No inhaler either. My mother's medicine for her lungs, heart, blood pressure gone. Told it was company policy all medicine had to be thrown away. We drove out of our way for a empty pill case they didn't mention they tossed the pills. We would have stayed in NY if we knew that. Furious.
