Everything. Booked as non-refundable. My fiancee became ill and had to cancel. Called facility and they changed reservations to a day we could again travel. Nida, front desk person very welcoming and very pleasant to talk with while registering. Facility, room and grounds in great shape and very clean. Room and bed very comfortable. When back in this area visiting family, we will be staying here.
