The booking was terrible. I prepaid for two rooms with two queens. When I arrived the rooms were unavailable even though I had prepaid. We were given pullout couches instead, which was inferior. We were also booked into an occupied room by mistake, which was very uncomfortable for us and the sleeping guest. The staff said they did not know who was in the room they provided to us. Overall, it was not worth the $400+ cost of this experience.

Getting to the hotel!! Booking. Com gave me an address of 7 Hampton Court, Carlisle, PA. The website for the hotel listed an address of 1164 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA. I called the hotel and was told that the address is 1164 Harrisburg and not the 7 Hampton Court one. The only way into the hotel is the 7 Hampton Court!! Found this out the hard way.
The room had to much furniture for it's size and needs to be brightened up (very dark). The desk chair was broken and unusable. The hotel needs to updated.

Breakfast. I am gluten-free and dairy free and the wonderful lady at breakfast worked with me to make sure I had a nice breakfast just like everyone else.
Negatives:
Check in process did not go well. Manager was unwilling with us and proceeded to us about not using third-party booking. The room we got could not have a rollaway bed due to fire regulations. She alluded to the fact that they had other rooms, but because I used third-party booking, she was not willing to upgrade or help us out. We ended up having to go to Walmart by mattress and pump. Then we went to help our five-year-old grandson get his energy out by going in the pool and it was closed for renovations. It just seemed like one disappointment after another.
