The fact that this property still has smoking rooms available is my most favorite thing about it! We are frequent smokers and it makes our time there feel more like home since they offer the option to have a smoking or non smoke!

I am very unsatisfied with how we were treated this time around, just bc my husbands license has our old address on it still making us “local” a few of the staff members acted as if we didn’t belong there or as if we came there just to destroy the place which would never happen during our stay! In the handbook it says that children are welcome, all children are welcome. Well my mother in law brought our nephews to see us since we don’t live around here anymore and we had just got in the pool and some lady came down and told us since we are local we aren’t allowed to have any visitors and we needed to get out of the pool and everyone had to leave other than two adults who were the registered guests meaning myself and my husband. What’s the sense of staying at a hotel no matter if you’re local or not, but are told you are not allowed to have a visitors?! & also get kicked out of the pool n have to break your nephews hearts (they are only 3 & 10years old) bc the handbook states that all children are welcome!! So I ask
The lady, can I pay to register them then so that they can swim or may I pay for a room for them or something bc they just traveled here to see us and whoever the lady was told me, no I could not register them and no I couldn’t get them a room the only thing they could do was leave, is what she said & that’s discrimination at its finest if you ask me! So mow at this point
My mother in law is upset now & the kids are crying since they were told to leave the pool and the hotel all together ….
