I enjoyed my stay for the most part.

I left a lot of my items behind. I left a hair straightener, all my make up and all my hair products. I contacted the hotel immediately. When informed, the hotel told me they would collect my belongings. After going to pick up my items, I was given back only two out of the approximately 15 items I left behind. Management had no explanation and stated that’s all that was left behind.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good and in a lovely room, with actual dishes and silverware. Room was well appointed. I was there only overnight, but i would have been comfortable for a much longer visit.
Negatives:
Didn't like the check-in on the second floor. Made it inconvenient to the parking area.

Three things
1) Trains blowing their horns until 10p, then resuming at 6am. Literally right out the window
2) There was rust stains (or at least brown stains) on my shower floor
3) When I checked in, they said they "would take care of parking". Then a $12 fee appeared on my bill in the morning. When I approached the staff that morning, they said there was nothing they could do. Boo! It is only 12 bucks, but customer service was not good.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. The rooms and bathroom are so spacious and nice as well. The hotel in general is well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who stays in/near Philadelphia.
Negatives:
The only thing I had a "problem" with is that there was some silverware that was dirty and the bath didn't drain well. I think those are normal mistakes/things that get missed.
