Superb
Positives:
Issue with being double charged at the hotel and told I would be refunded both in person and over the telephone. I booked 2 rooms. I paid for my room by credit card and the 2nd room was paid separately by the other family room. He was charged twice and told his card was declined so they charged my card again. Issue is still not resolved.
Negatives:
The service on correcting the double charging for the rooms.

We were charged 15.00 per dog per night without being told of the charge ahead of time (we have 2 dogs which came to 90.00 for 3 night and she overcharged 10.00 and said it was tax when it should have been only 6.30)also told breakfast was included with price And all that they had was a choice of fruit loops and Raisin Bran and the juice was out of order ; back door close to our room does not lock and is broken ; not enough parking for customers

I wasn’t expecting much from an economy hotel, but the owners recently renovated all the rooms (paint, new furniture, new lights) and bathrooms (newly tiled shower and floor, as well as new vanity…). Everything was very nice. I was told they were replacing carpet soon. Staff members were friendly and efficient.”

Yogurt, fruit, junk pastries in cellophane from Sam's Club...
So we ate out.
But should either say no breakfast, or upgrade a bit.
One of our rooms had noisy neighbors next door and upstairs at midnight to 2AM...
I suppose not the fault of the hotel, but that stunk. No ear plugs.

Good location, bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable. It was good for a brief overnight stay and I will return again.

Room heater was loud when running, street side room is noisy from traffic.
