I liked the patios, pool, food and beds.

I didn't like the front desk check in service as they overcharged my card twice and giving me a hard time to get it back . Very nasty he was disrespectful and didn't care about my needs.Rooms had spots in the rugs .Bath tube filt up with water as I took a shower everyday. No closet to hide my personal belongings.And no door to the bathroom for privacy. Looked as if it was ripped off when I got there. Very disappointed with majority of this stay. I will not be staying here again ever. Bad place.

Like the fact the hotel is set back from the main road and surrounded by nice landscaping. The hotel itself is clean and has everything you can imagine for an upper scale hotel.
Negatives:
There is really nothing to complain about. I would go back!

Front desk staff was great! Calling for extra linens was easy and the response was prompt. Complimentary buffet was fantastic!

when I got there:
toilet didn’t flush; needed maintenance to adjust floater , counter/ desk wasn’t washed clean, bathroom counter not washed- there was chalk powder on top of backsplash too. shower curtain wasn’t hooked on 5 places on rod. garbage pail in kitchen was full and in found in cabinet. At breakfast there was a bowl of green unripened bananas provided; wish there were breakfast granola bars; scrambled eggs tasted very odd. threw them away.

Was a nice place and good for what I needed. And beds were comfortable.

The rooms were nice and clean but think could maybe change the carpet was a little old and worn. But rooms were nice spacious. The stay was pleasant.
