Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. Checked in, given bad key only to get a working key to a dirty room. A piece of the shower was broken off on the floor just sitting there. Room service never came to the room on a 6 night stay! Don’t recommend if you have standards

Everything , the hotel was disgusting I have videos I would like to send to you , I already sent them to the hotel they said I needed to contact you in regards to a refund it was by far the worst experience I ever had in my entire life.

Shabby, corners of the bathroom were dirty and pink mold on the tub grouting. signs all over the lobby and at elevator stating only one of the tiny bottles of water per guest made the place feel stingy and unfriendly, thin bed covers and the room smelled really bad.

I like the size of the rooms and the location is central to a lot of fun things such as the mill creek mall and peach street. I think for the cost, it is a really good value. I would stay here again.
Negatives:
I have stayed here two times now and both times the noise is very disruptive. I don't want to be the person that calls and complains, but this time it was hard to sleep. There was someone banging around upstairs the whole night. Also, the fridge makes a terribly loud noise that without turning it off would keep us up / wake us up.
