The Erie Zoo, Erie Insurance Arena and Erie International Airport are all in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel amenities and features include, free wireless high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms and public areas, free shuttle service to the airport, free newspaper, and fresh coffee available 24 hours a day. The 24-hour fitness center and indoor heated pool may be areas where our guests can enjoy themselves. Positives:
I enjoyed the staffs friendliness, the welcome was awesome. Breakfast was better on the second day.
Negatives:
We didn't get new towels at all to shower with. No housekeeping was done in our room. The lights from the pool shined right in our window, we were next to it, the curtains were sheers and the outer curtains were not movable and were only a foot wide.

Positives:
Location is convenient, hotel is clean, breakfast was pretty much standard. Overall a decent visit.
Negatives:
Quite surprised that a two night stay did not warrant someone tidying up the room. Was very surprised to return in the evening on the second night to see it was not done and was told by the front desk that they do not do room pick up for only two nights.
Positives:
Location and hot breakfast.
Negatives:
Our room had a broken toilet paper holder and no back up roll of toilet paper was present, otherwise everything was good.

Lack of light blocking curtains. No toilet paper holder, just a loose roll. Noisy heating unit.

I like the face it was connected to splash lagoon. I also like the face we had a room that had a door that went to the room beside us and they could accommodate that because they were our family
Negatives:
The breakfast sucked. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on when we asked about our tickets each person told us a different time and place to get them. The rooms weren’t the cleanest and we didn’t get room service we had to ask for towels and trash bag

Positives:
Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient if you choose to go to the Splash Lagoon. Great location - close to downtown shopping area. Breakfast buffet was great too - my kids loved the waffle maker.
Negatives:
Rooms are dated and carpet could be cleaned or replaced.
