When we checked in, we found half empty bottle of water and dirty socks in the room when it was supposed to have cleaned, when we informed receptionist she gave the impression of not concerned. Small things like attention to detail were over looked, towels were partially thread bare, extractor not working etc.

Kids couldn’t swim because heater was broke in the pool area. It was freezing in there. Hotel needs updated. Bathroom was in our room was dirty. Need for lighting in rooms.

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was pretty good. This location was packed due to a youth basketball tournament and the attendant who took care of the breakfast area was fantastic. She kept everything clean and full.

The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, and though there were many people eating while we were there, the friendly staff kept it well-stocked and very clean. Appreciated the 24-hour coffee, tea and cocoa. The pool area was clean and the pool itself was a comfortable temperature.
