Not enough parking, staff member gave us a room key where people were already in. We had to go all the way back down from 4th floor still carrying our stuff and new puppy, to then wait in line for at least 10 minutes until she got back to us and redid our key and a different room. This also disturbed our timing to be able to order food, as it was almost 10pm.

The location was good, good parking, everything was exceptionally clean. I noticed a chair lift for the pool, even though I didn't swim, that is a cool thing to have for guest that need that. Loved the little table that tucked under the counter and furniture was comfy.

We had two days without WiFi. Making it hard to complete the work I brought with me to do. This was the last two full days of our trip. And my husband work mainly on his computer. So we had to find alternatives for wifi

Everything…..new, great accommodation, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. They serve dinner too, order off a menu and they serve it to you. Nice change from the buffet, good portions too. Would recommend this hotel, check that breakfast is included, as there’s an extra charge if it’s not on your booking.
