Negatives: Open sofa bed and there was a pull-up in the couch, I had to carry a bag of sheets for sofa bed which I thought was odd, batteries needed to be changed in smoke detector, called maintenance and they did fix it, bathroom shower needs refinished or cleaned better

Negatives: Good morning La Quinta staff, I had not stayed for 2nd reservation due to conditions of first stay. I just returned from my trip and noticed there's a charge remaining on my card from my stay on 10/17/2023 where the staff member was super helpful with assisting me best he could. The issue was the room I was in first had severely stained sheets in 3 places, the door safety swing bolt was broken off the wall, the jet tub had broken pieces, the heat or ac didn't work well nor was there any information posted of how to turn it on or off, the bed felt broken and was super uncomfortable and the pillows were thin and I had to use my clothes as a pillow to get any sleep. He had said he'd request for me to get a refund but im not seeing that on my card statement, Is there anything La Quinta Erie, Pennsylvania is willing to do about this matter? best regards, Justin Deuso
