Positives: Super staff member "Anna" was helpful in directing us to area places of interest. She was also courteous and friendly. Had a great up beat attitude both at check in and check out. High marks to her.

Negatives: Very average room condition and quality of appearance. Needs some major upkeep and maintenance on interior and exterior issues.

Negatives: Requested a fridge for my partners medication. Was told we didn’t book a room with a fridge and they don’t provide them, have never come across this before. Thankfully a family member had booked a room with a fridge so we were lucky to be able to use theirs. Had issues with our washroom, called front desk and was told basically to deal with it. V
