Negatives:
Floor was filthy, found spiders and bugs in the room. The bed spread was badly stained and dirty. Refrigerator next to bed for night stand was noisy. Bed was uncomfortable.

They scheduled air conditioning cleaning while room was occupied, we had an outside contractor worker sitting on our bed with us standing around while cleaning ducts.
