The first room had a very bad smell . We walked in and walked right back out because of the terrible smell . We go downstairs they gave us another room way up top with a better smell but manager could of gave us a upgrade for the inconvenience

Positives:
The rooms were very clean and the bathroom had the large bottles of shampoo and body wash, so convenient!! The location was SO close to the airport, way cheaper than other airport hotels, has an airport shuttle, and has free parking if you were in a rental car like we were!

I honestly can't think of a thing we disliked, of course these aren't fancy luxury rooms but they were very clean and comfortable for the price!

The shuttle driver and pick up and drop off were great.

The first room, #216, smelled like urine and cigarettes . The young lady at the counter was kind enough to switch my room to 416
The room smelled a little better, but the mold and the ceiling peeling was night a food sight when you're laying in your bed looking up.
The sockets had major dust and cobb webs. The tub was backed up and took an hour to go down.
I had no energy to complain because I had to go to funeral service and repass for my 12 year old cousin. I was so exhausted that I returned Saturday and slept in my clothes and left on the shuttle at 5:00am.

Positives:
I work in Philly and live 100 miles away so I stay and do business the next day . That staff allows me check in early and you have fridge and microwave. I am on average there 2 to possibly 6 times a month. The staff says yes to all request that was within their control.
Negatives:
Everytime I come there major issues like no hot water in the am and I had to go to work. This recent visit a used dirty washcloth and mat, was hanging over the shower and tub . And the furniture is dusty, and boogers on the bathroom wall. i notice there were elderly cleaners and every body makes mistakes , so I cleaned it myself. The rooms could use a facelift. But the I'm sure the price will go up so I will shut up.
Good customer service goes a long way ! So I will keep coming back.
