The rooms always smell like a dirty dog when the AC is on.

There was mold on the shower ceiling. Everything in the room was old and outdated. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn't watch tv and run it at the same time. There was rust and holes in the bathroom door. We had 1 bed 4 3 people.

Room 253 had roaches. We just thought it was just that room we stayed in a week before in room 104, it was infested with roaches running all around. They were in the wood surfaces and crawled onto the bed and the bathroom had more of them

The hotel is in a shady area. It was dirty. We didn't even turn the bed down because the sheets were questionable. Both the beds were squeaky and you can feel the metal spring. Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling and in the caulking.

The room was filthy. It had not been vacuumed. There were bugs. I could not wait to leave. I will not be staying there ever again. Too many issues and unfortunately I didn't have the ability to make any changes due to a travel hold my bank placed.

The vending machines did not give me the product I paid for. When I asked staff, they did not offer any assistance. They do not return the money they say it is not part of Red Roof Inn. You do need room key to access room where vending machines are at.
