Hotel employee are the greatest and the rest of the staff.
Negatives:
Need to provide ample towels and toiletries. Maintenance regularly check the thermostats are working properly and check water drainage in the tubs. Replace some of the towel rack and toilet paper hardware is in place. These things make a difference.

The staff was very pleasant and tried to help as much as possible and it was dog friendly.
Negatives:
Room smelt like cigarettes, even tho I booked a non smoking hotel. The bathroom shower didn’t look properly cleaned for a while! Our first sheets were urine stained. (Both beds) they did bring up new blankets but they had cigarette burns and wholes all over them. Luckily we brought our own pillows and blankets.

The room was dirty, our first set of blankets were urine stained, the second set had cigarette burns. The room smelt like cigarettes, the hall smelt almost like an electrical fire and the elevator sounded like a death trap.

The stuff is not very knowledgeable the manger is very rude and lied and said that my husband didn’t ask for a reciept that he just left the keys which was a lie I was on the phone with him

The floor was sticky and shower dirty. The TV wasn't working and when asked for someone to fix it the maintenance guy was rude and asked what the problem was in an aggressive voice

I got a room that was stink of tobacco smell, I went to the front desk to have it changed but I was told they were unable to do so. I had to go in town to get scented candles to try and mask the smell. I woke up in the morning very stuffy and head hunting. The bathroom tub had rust in it as well, can you imagine someone cutting their foot on the sharp rusty metal?
