The hotel flooded and we were in waist high water in the lobby. I lost my car because the water was up to the dashboard

They had a really bad storm which lost all power in hotel not even hot water the staff rush us out without making sure we had somewhere to go we were from out of town the made us put out belongs on the sidewalk until some one could come get us had no cell phone service borrow a stranger cell phone to make the call they would not get us no help stay on the sidewalk for 3 hours

But wouldn't go back there because its not worth $549.00 for just 2 day stay.

This was a short distance from every venture i had in side the city of Philadelphia.
Positives:
The staff upon hearing my concerns were very helpful in accommodating our requests. They were very concerned throughout our stay to ensure we could make the best out of a unfortunate situation
Negatives:
It wasn't communicated that there were reservation requirements for the pool. The light inside the pool was disconnected and my son bruised his foot because of it. The pullout couch didn't have a bedding on it and we discovered that it was blood stains onthe bed. The did comp breakfast the morning of check out which was cool.
